非常糟糕的入住體驗。
入住：辦理時間非常久，大概10幾分鐘吧，前台辦理人員對業務貌似都很不熟悉
房型：定的是山頂別墅星空泡池房，辦理時前台以“免費升級”為由給了一個沒有露台的很差的房間，到房間後發現不對，給前台打電話，才被告知我們定的那種沒房了，很氣憤
服務態度：可以説是很糟糕，給前台打電話叫高爾夫車去餐廳，竟然被一位男服務員兇，態度惡劣，從來不認為顧客是上帝，但雙方應該是平等的，不能因為你心情不好，而把情緒帶入工作，顧客沒理由承受你的情緒！
不會再去，也會告知身邊所有的人和寫小紅書，**曝光酒店騙局！

酒店整體很好，非常好的體驗，自己開車會比較方便些，前台帥哥給免費升級了房間，太喜歡房間了，一樓停車庫，二樓房間，獨棟還帶泡池。孩子也玩的非常開心。特別棒的一次體驗。
晚餐的話個人覺得沒有那麼誇張沒東西吃，我們5.00—6.00之間去的，東西還是很豐盛的，口感也挺不錯的。

訂的是山頂別墅，環境很好，風景很好。不過接待能力不行，雖然是週末人多一些但也沒多到很誇張，比疫情前的黃金週盛況差多了。晚餐時間酒店的自助餐廳竟然沒東西可以吃，每個盤子都是空的，吃的沒有，喝的也沒有。本來就比較偏僻沒什麼吃的地方，所以大多數住客都選擇到酒店的自助餐廳吃，很多是帶小孩子在酒店的温泉和水上樂園玩完過來的。沒想到餐廳好像都沒準備的樣子，現場一團糟，人不斷的來，菜又補的慢，服務員都不敢待裏面，怕被罵。百來號人等着上菜，小孩子餓的哇哇叫，東西來一盤光一盤，在星級酒店的自助餐廳吃出了難民營搶食的感覺，平生第一次碰到這種情況。這次旅遊也算是記憶難忘了，不會再去了，感受太差了，沒必要花錢去受罪。

滿懷希望而來，懷抱失望離開。。酒店餐飲不好吃。。酒店的位置有點偏僻，一個外賣都點不着的地兒。。酒店的消費過高，一次消費可以在其他更好的温泉消費好幾次。。辦理入駐的服務不太好，消費比其他温泉高好多。。泡了那麼多不同地方的温泉，這是最貴的消費，最差的體驗了。。

1，圖片與實物不符，no浪漫，黑壓壓的就一個池子，上下兩層一個價格，提前前台致電，表示不予一指定，隨機安排！
2，大堂亂哄哄，老年團，團建，也沒有工作人員引領散客該如何辦理！等很久！
3，餐飲就更厲害了！晚飯我們點了兩個人四個菜，餐廳説三個菜沒有！愣是讓我們去吃自助！如果還繼續點菜那好，一個半小時到兩個小時才能做好！燒烤提前一天預訂哈哈，就挺好玩！就自助一個選擇！所謂車到山前必有路，附近有一個飯店，那個荒涼的地方，我們點了外賣！竟然出奇的好！推薦大家試一下！
5，總機電話撥0，每次打都要再比其他號碼到總枱？what？為何要播0？我差點變成復讀機！體驗感非常不好！一千多的價格，不完善的服務管理！差點忘了説，早餐我們別無選擇去吃了自助，那個體驗感非常差，我無法用語言表述了，就這樣吧

設施：房間很大，設施齊全，停車特別方便。
衞生：還可以吧，也許是潮濕或者老化原因，總覺得衞生還可以再做細一些。
環境:很安靜，如同森林氧吧。從規模配套看，曾經應該很輝煌，現在有些沒落感。
服務：服務意識挺強的，特別是接待我的那位，全程一對一服務，很細心，也很主動提供幫助，這是值得點贊和加分的。
